G.O.P.A. activities in previous years.
- Members and Facilitator were actively involved with supporting Social Service Training Department with piloting the new Single Assessment forms (nine training days through Jan, Feb and March 2002).
- Facilitator represented the Assembly within a working sub-group of the JCCF, dealing with Training across the county and over NVQ levels 2 & 3 (Valerie Irving)
- One of a number of organisations to assist in the Care Direct committee, structuring and implementation of the project (Jessie McArthur).
- Consulted by the members of the Health Improvement Plan (HImP)
- Attended the South West of England “Involving Patients and the Public in Healthcare Reforming the NHS Complaints Procedure”, 26th September 2001.
